The information we collect and how we use it
When you register for our service we need to know your name, postal address, e-mail address, and telephone number.

The webserver that hosts this site is not used to store personal information of any kind.
Any personal information that you do provide is stored on a separate and secure database server within ATIC Records firewall. There is no direct link between this database server and the internet and access is strictly limited to internal ATIC Records staff and authorised site administrators only.
Whilst we do not directly track or record your usage of this website, in the event that we become aware that site security has been compromised as a result of external activity (including but not limited to external security attacks) we shall take reasonable measures which we deem appropriate. This includes but is not limited to internal investigation and reporting, and notification to and cooperation with law enforcement authorities.
We also keep your information confidential. The internal procedures of ATIC Records cover the storage, access and disclosure of your information.

If this business is sold or integrated with another business your details may be disclosed to our advisers and any prospective purchasers and their advisers and will be passed on to the new owners of the business.

You can update your personal information by logging in to your account. You can ask us to update or remove your personal information by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or by writing to us at our PO Box. However, please note that we may need to keep some personal data in order to process orders or to comply with customer service or after sale obligations. To do this, simply write to us at via email or to the PO Box provided , enclosing a cheque for £10 payable to ATIC Records Limited to cover our administration costs.
