Or you can choose Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class, delivery time for this is normally the next working day. Please note that if you choose to have it sent ‘Signed For’, you must be present to sign for your packet upon arrival.
EU and Rest of the World – We aim to process all orders and ship within 1-2 working days. Normal delivery time – Usually 4 working days, 2 working days for many countries. Please note that if you choose to have it sent International signed for, you must sign for your packet upon arrival.
While we do our best to ensure all items are of merchandisable quality, we are occasionally supplied with mis-pressed / marked CDs and vinyl. If you receive a faulty item, we will be happy to supply a replacement or a refund if no replacement is available. If you have a problem with your order please first get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating the problem and your order reference number. From here we can then begin the process of your replacement or refund.
How do I return an item?
To return an item for a replacement or refund, first please get in touch with us at email@example.com stating the problem and your order reference number. To return the item, enclose a note with your name, order reference number and a description of the fault. Package the item securely and return to the address below.
How do I cancel my order?
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order up to 7 working days after delivery as long as the items are in their original and sale-able condition and any shrinkwrap is still sealed. To cancel your order, please first let us know that you would like to cancel your order at firstname.lastname@example.org. To Cancel your order, please write ‘cancel order’ on the invoice and return the whole package to the address below. Send the parcel by Recorded Delivery, we can not give you a refund if the package is lost in transit. Please ensure the items are strongly packaged. If they are damaged in transit due to being inadequately packaged, we will be unable to give a refund. After receiving the parcel we will refund your credit/debit card within 30 days. Please note that we do not cover the shipping costs incurred to get the package back to us.
What happens if the Royal Mail returns my package to you?
If we have a package returned we will repost it to you as soon as possible. Please note that if it was returned to us because of an incomplete address or it was not collected from a local depot we will be required to charge you for postage costs.
Where are my WAV/MP3s?
Once you have checked out and paid for your WAV/MP3 albums via paypal or other payment card, you will be re-directed back to the ATIC store where your download link will be waiting for you. Alternatively, you will receive a purchase confirmation email which will also contain the download link. The download limit is 2 downloads per order. Your download will be a .zip file. Please use an un-archive app to un-zip the file, your songs will be in a folder which will be named the album title of your purchase.
