Il Bosco
Il Bosco started out promoting and DJ’ing at one of Manchester’s most iconic and influential club nights, Fat City’s ‘Friends and Family. For someone so passionate about club culture and it’s soundtrack, the move to production was inevitable and he released a couple of EP’s on Grand Central Records as The Nudge before creating his Crowhead alias and dropping his debut album ‘Born With Teeth’ on ATIC Records. He went on to create Red Laser Records, a vinyl only imprint specialising in obscure Italo classics and cutting edge synth based bangers. His DJ sets are a blend of all the above with a liberal sprinkling of classic, late 80’s, early 90’s rave classics.

Mikey D.O.N.
Mikey D.O.N. is the UK’s finest MC. He shot to fame with legendary Chorley rap crew Krispy 3, reppin’ the North West hard at a time when all eyes were on London. Krispy 3 toured with Black Eyed Peas and Naughty By Nature, released a slew of classic vinyl on Kold Sweat Recordings and were John Peel’s favourite hip-hop outfit. Since that time Mikey has hosted countless radio shows, guested on countless records, and DJ’d constantly at venues around the UK. He is currently recording an album with Aim and will be both DJ’ing and performing a number of tracks from this project exclusively at this event.

Aim
It’s been a productive couple of years for ATIC head honcho, Barrow born DJ and producer Aim (Andy Turner). In 2015 his collaboration with Long Island legends Q-Ball & Curt Cazal, ’The Habit of a Lifetime’, was hailed by many as the album of the year. He followed that in 2016 with the long awaited vinyl reissue of his classic debut album ‘Cold Water Music’, a zeitgeist capturing record that has shifted well in excess of 100,000 units since it’s initial release in 1999. Showing no signs of slowing down, Aim is hard at it in the studio with a number of major new projects lined up for 2017.

Niko
A potent blend of dark pop songwriting and hard hitting, club friendly beats, Niko’s sound is at once expansive and personal. Her first release, ’Sound Off’, dropped on Manchester’s Grand Central Records in 2000 and was produced by Riton (who went on to produce last year’s global smash ‘Rinse & Repeat’). Her debut long player, ‘Life On Earth’ followed soon after and her sophomore album, ‘Love & Hate’ was released in 2012 on ATIC Records. A rare chance  to catch Niko live, she’s currently producing her third album with Aim and will be performing a selection of tracks from this new record on the night.
